3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our authorized merchant partners. Services will commence once the initial payment or deposit, as agreed upon in the project proposal, is confirmed.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all custom designs and code created for the client will become the property of the client upon final payment. E & G Exclusive retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio for promotional purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, E & G Exclusive is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or third-party platforms. We provide realistic timelines and do not make “guaranteed revenue” claims.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered. Any disputes will be handled through professional mediation or legal channels within said jurisdiction.
